Our 8 Step Process

  • Step 01 - Customer recognizes they need a repair
  • Step 02 - Customer fills out service repair request
  • Step 03 - Customer receives a shipping label to send in the instrument
  • Step 04 - The item is received and then evaluated
  • Step 05 - A repair quote is sent to the customer with detail
  • Step 06 - Customer reviews quote, approves or denies repair
  • Step 07 - Repair is conducted and QC tested
  • Step 08 - Repair is received by customer within 5 days or less
