Our 8 Step Process
- Step 01 - Customer recognizes they need a repair
- Step 02 - Customer fills out service repair request
- Step 03 - Customer receives a shipping label to send in the instrument
- Step 04 - The item is received and then evaluated
- Step 05 - A repair quote is sent to the customer with detail
- Step 06 - Customer reviews quote, approves or denies repair
- Step 07 - Repair is conducted and QC tested
- Step 08 - Repair is received by customer within 5 days or less
